DESCRIPTION
This beautiful chalet in El Palmar with shared pool will please us from the first moment. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a capacity of up to 7 people (extra bed). It has a nice terrace, gardens and relaxation areas. The complex has a beautiful shared swimming pool. All within an ideal setting as it is located in a quiet area less than 1 km from the sea and the beaches of Conil.
On entering the house we have an enclosure where at least three vehicles can fit, a totally private space. Past the parking, porch with table and chairs to eat or spend a nice time after dinner. At the back of the house there is a garden with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers. From this area there is access to a garden corridor that leads to the swimming pool.
This beautiful chalet in El Palmar is well furnished and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for the stay, apart from the private garden the complex has relax areas and gardens around the large communal pool (each house has its own sun loungers area).
