Charming rural house in Frigiliana

The property is located in a rural mountain area, a quiet place located on the southern slopes of the Frigiliana mountains. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the historic center of Frigiliana and about 35 minutes from the beaches of Nerja. The lane leading to the house is about two kilometers long and has some unpaved sections.

Spectacular panoramic views

The elevated position of the house offers us spectacular panoramic views, on the one hand, to the north all the Natural Park of the Sierra de Almijara and to the south all the immensity of the Mediterranean Sea.

The property and its amenities

The villa is distributed on one floor only. On the terrace, a place that invites to relaxation, we find places with special charm, such as the porch, which has a set composed of a work armchair, table, chairs and a fabric hammock.

A pergola to relax

On the terrace, with predominantly blue colors, we also find a chill out style pergola for rest, inside we have an original set of furniture where you can enjoy a relaxing conversation with family or friends, an ideal space to have a tea after lunch or relax by reading at sunset.

The private swimming pool

The terrace is open, and in the center we find the private swimming pool which measures 6.5 x 3 m. The outdoor furniture consists of a set of hammocks and a table with its chairs.

Beautiful details that make you fall in love

Inside the terrace we find some interesting details, bordering the house we find a very romantic corner with beautiful views. There is a private parking area with shade for our vehicles and a room for the washing machine, which is independent from the house.

The living room and the kitchen

The interiors are decorated in a rustic style with a lot of warmth.We immediately notice that the house is fresh inside, and it is very comfortable, with a simple, pleasant and not overly decorative. The living room and the kitchen share the same space.

The bedrooms and the bathroom

The house has two bedrooms, the largest has a double bed, the other is somewhat smaller and has two single beds. It has a full bathroom with shower.
