Charming restored rural house in Frigiliana

Frigiliana has one of the best climates in Europe, in this area of the Costa del Sol in Malaga the sun shines practically all year round and the sea breeze softens the temperatures both in summer and winter. In spring there is a warm season and in summer temperatures are around 30º. In this villa you will be able to enjoy the outdoors and the swimming pool during a good part of the year.

Very close to the road that leads to the Acebuchal is located this wonderful cortijo between the mountains of Frigiliana and a few meters from the Natural Park of Almijara. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the historic centre of Frigiliana and 20 minutes from the beaches of Nerja and all its amenities. The lane that leads to the house is completely asphalted.

The area is very quiet, the property is surrounded by avocado and mango plantations, and is without doubt a very relaxing place to disconnect, enjoy nature and the good weather that always accompanies.

The finca is completely fenced, and up to four vehicles can be parked inside the property. On the terrace there is a wonderful private swimming pool with dimensions of 7×4,5 metres. It is a totally open space with breathtaking panoramic views and sun from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is fenced and has terrace furniture.

At the entrance of the house there is a porch with two areas; on one side a dining table ideal for outdoor dining. At the other end there is an area with comfortable sofas. Next to the porch there is a barbecue area.

There is a chill-out area at one end of the house, another little corner of the house with lots of charm, with beautiful mountain views, a very natural place. On the first floor there is another terrace with beautiful sea views.

The interiors have been designed on two floors. At the entrance the living room; at one end comfortable sofas, table and fireplace, at the other end a sturdy dining table. The kitchen is independent and has all electrical appliances. The farmhouse and much of the furniture have been restored in the rustic style of Frigiliana, with some doors, beams and windows recovered from the old construction.
