Wonderful house in La Alpujarra of Granada

This wonderful house in La Alpujarra – Órgiva, is located in a rural area a few kilometers from the village where you can find all the facilities. The property is fenced in and in an elevated position. At the entrance we find the private swimming pool of 8×3 m. with an easy Roman staircase, next to it a terrace with sun beds and parasols.

The terrace is about 300 m2. It has a beautiful rustic style porch with furniture, a set of table and chairs. The barbecue is made on site, with a sink with running water and a roof.

The place is beautiful, quiet, an elevated rural area, in which we highlight the impressive views of the Sierra de Lujar, smells of mountains, countryside, welfare and you can hear the wonderful sounds of nature.

Terrace with gardens

Next to the terrace at the other end of the house we will find a 10 hole mini golf course for both the older and younger members of the family to spend some fun. There is a dining table that can be moved to this garden area and placed under a tree for lunch.

The interiors – living room and kitchen

The interiors are cozy, simple and rustic style, for the winter months has been provided with a fireplace. In the living room-kitchen we find a set of comfortable sofas, dining table and exits to both parts of the house. The kitchen is complete with electrical appliances and is separated from the living room by an American bar.

The rooms – 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom

The rooms have two bedrooms, both with double beds, well lit and air-conditioned. One of them opens onto a terrace. The accommodation has a complete bathroom with shower tray.
