Rural villa with sea and mountain views

The house has wonderful views in any direction you look, to the north the mountains of the Almijara Natural Park and to the south the Mediterranean Sea, what more could you ask for! The accommodation is distributed on several levels and has a capacity for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room - kitchen. A porch with views of the sea and the mountains at the entrance, the swimming pool and the barbecue at the other end of the house.

Breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains

Frigiliana is a charming town that bewitches the visitor. It is a town with Moorish history in many of its corners, a beautiful place that reflects Andalusia in its purest form, with narrow streets, whitewashed houses, flower pots full of flowers, good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine and with the beaches of Nerja only 7 km away.
The house is distributed on one floor with 3 terraces on various levels. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private fenced swimming pool of 6×4 m. It is only 3 km from the centre of Frigiliana. At the entrance, a porch with impressive views of the sea, the white villages of Frigiliana and Nerja and the Almijara Mountains. Ideal for lunch as it communicates with the kitchen.

There is a feeling of tranquillity

The house has wonderful views in any direction you look, to the north the mountains of the Almijara Natural Park and to the south the Mediterranean Sea, what more could you ask for!

Three terraces and a private fenced-in swimming pool

This beautiful country house in Frigiliana is located on the slopes of the Natural Park of the Sierra de Almijara. It is located 3 km from the village, in an area that is very quiet and natural, with pine forests in the vicinity that provide clean and fresh air from the mountains.
Crossing the living room we access the back part where there are two terraces on different levels. Upstairs there is a table with chairs and a sunshade, a very functional covered barbecue area and down a few steps you will reach the swimming pool. The swimming pool is 6×4 m and fenced.

The interiors

Entering through any of the terraces we connect with the living room, which is simple and pleasant. It has rustic motifs such as the American bar in the kitchen in exposed brick, a nice piece of furniture and the fireplace with stones. The living room also has a double sided sliding window, ideal for keeping it open and cool.

The rooms

In the rooms we find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful corner whirlpool bath! The second bedroom has 2 single beds, the third has a single bed to which an extra bed can be added in exceptional cases. The second bathroom is shared by both bedrooms.
