The ideal house for our holidays

A villa with a lot of style, a detailed accommodation showing the devotion with which it is made, all with a special affection. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large garden with a private swimming pool of 7×4 m with a Roman staircase and only 7 km from the beach.

Located in a quiet area

The place is very quiet, located in a rural area of Conil which is accessed through a lane of about 50 meters. The center of Conil is 7 km away and the nearest beaches are Roche and La Barrosa, which are only 7 km or 10 minutes away by car.

The house is built on a plot of about 1.500 m2. The parking area leads directly to the entrance, which is very convenient for shopping. On both sides there are beautiful gardens with rosebushes, carnations, geraniums, daisies…a nice colorful reception.

Nice details in the exteriors

The estate is fenced in by white walls and sheltered by cypress trees. At the entrance we find a very charming space, it is a pergola with two sets of outdoor furniture, one for lunch and another for the table.

A place for relaxation and intimacy

As you can see the house is located in a quiet place with some other villa in the area. On the one hand we find large fields of sunflowers and vegetables, on the other hand plots of land are perfectly delimited with other properties.

The swimming pool is of minimalist style

The swimming pool area can be accessed from both sides of the house, and there is a space for enjoyment and relaxation. The magnificent swimming pool with the dimensions of 7 x 4.5 m and a depth of 1.4 m has stairs for easy access. A square platform integrated into the pool measuring 2.5 x 2.5 m wide and with a depth of 35 cm is ideal for sunbathing.

A wonderful pergola with barbecue

Right next to the swimming pool we find a built pergola, beautiful garden furniture, a glass table and wrought iron chairs that invite us to eat outdoors. The barbecue, which is made on site, is located right next to the pergola, which is very useful for preparing a good meal outside.

The interiors on the ground floor

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room, with entrance from the porch and the kitchen, which has direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is separated from the living room by an open bar. On the ground floor we find one of the three bathrooms that the house has.

The rooms on the first floor

On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, one of them has its own bathroom. The third bedroom has up to 3 single beds.
