Wonderful holiday home with a capacity for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen and private pool surrounded by beautiful gardens with grass. Located 3 km from Conil de la Frontera and less than 1 km from the famous beaches of the Costa de la Luz.

Discovering the accommodation

The villa is all exterior, we find some wonderful gardens welcoming us at the entrance, with many plants that overflow with flowers. At the entrance we can also see a pergola to park the car and keep it in the shade during hot days.

The private swimming pool and gardens

The property has about 200 m2 of areas with gardens and lawn, equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs, umbrellas and sun beds, all for your convenience. The swimming pool has dimensions of 7×5 m and has a Roman staircase of easy entrance.

Every corner of the house is very well cared for and displays impeccable gardening work, with dense gardens and aromatic and tropical plants that make up the whole set of trees that provide good shade and keep the property at a pleasant temperature.

The living room and kitchen

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has two accesses, one through the porch and another in the pool area. Once we enter the house we are welcomed by a very cosy lounge and an independent kitchen with exit to the outside.

The bedrooms and the bathroom

The house has capacity for 4 people, has two exterior bedrooms, one large attic with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
