Wonderful villa with swimming pool and garden

The accommodation is in a rustic style, a typical Andalusian white house located in a rural area of Conil, where everything is quiet, around we find pine forests where we can walk and wheat fields.

An accommodation to relax

This accommodation is ideal for families with children up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a large living room with an open kitchen, private pool and beautiful gardens.
The house is at the foot of the road, it is a regional road through which there is immediate access to the beaches and beautiful coves, these are 5 km away. The nearest one is Cala del Puerco or the famous Calas de Roche, both with fine sand and crystal clear waters.

Typical Andalusian white house

The accommodation is of rustic style, it is a typical Andalusian white house located in a rural zone of Conil, where everything is calm, around we found pine groves by which we will be able to walk and fields of wheat.

Private swimming pool of 9×4 and 1.000 m2 of gardens

Upon entering the house we find a private parking area, with space for 3 vehicles, once inside there is a large tree that when the sun is at its highest will serve as a shelter, to place under the towel or sun lounger.
The property has a vast lawn of about 1,000 m2, at the other end and next to the pool fixed umbrellas with their hammocks. The private swimming pool is 9×4 m and has a Roman staircase for easy access.

Porch at the entrance of the house

At the entrance of the house we have a nice porch semi-closed by a large window. It is furnished with a set of table and chairs for greater comfort and completes the garden furniture.

Exterior details

The barbecue is right next to the porch and at the other end, next to the tree, there is a ping pong table for entertainment.

The interiors – the living room

In the interiors we can enjoy a spacious, very cool living room with high ceilings covered in wood, thick walls and clay floors. All in a rustic style and very well cared for.

Kitchen and dinning table

The kitchen is open and very functional, it has a dishwasher and an oven. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a space with a sturdy table accompanied by a set of top quality chairs, an idea space for lunch/dinner.

En-suite master bedroom

In the rooms we find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and its own bathroom (with shower), and it is the largest and brightest one.

The other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom

The other two bedrooms also have exterior windows, one of them has two single beds and the other one has a double bed, the accommodation has another bathroom with bathtub.

Good house with beautiful gardens

Good plot with gardens, pool of adequate size, porch for lunch. There should be some shade on the barbecue. The house is nice inside.
